Payment policy: Payment may be made by personal check,  Paypal or credit card. $200 deposit is due within 7 days of making reservation to receive confirmation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival Check-In/Checkout: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. & checkout time is at 11:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate different times on an individual basis depending on the arrival time of the next party. Cleaning Fees All stays have a check out cleaning fee of $125. Stays of more than 10 days have additional interim cleaning fees of $125 every ten days.

Cancellation policy: No refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Air Conditioning Central air conditioning is available at a rate of $15 per day. General Policies Please return all keys in the postage paid envelope provided. Our condo is a non-smoking unit. If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the condo. Internet Wifi is available at the Kona Coast Resort and we provide it for you free of charge.
