Payment policy: Payment may be made by personal check or Paypal. $200 deposit is due within 7 days of making reservation to receive confirmation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival Check-In/Checkout: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. & checkout time is at 11:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate different times on an individual basis depending on the arrival time of the next party. Cleaning Fees All stays have a check out cleaning fee of $95. Stays of more than 10 days have additional interim cleaning fees of $95 every ten days.

Cancellation policy: No refund if canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Air Conditioning Central air conditioning is available at a rate of $15 per day. General Policies Please return all keys in the postage paid envelope provided. Our condo is a non-smoking unit. If you need to smoke, please do so outside of the condo. Internet We can help arrange for dial-up or cable internet service for your computer (at your own cost). Wifi is available from the resort for an extra fee.
